Youth & Graduation

The years before adulthood are an adventure, to say the least. This is such an important time to pause in your family's lives and cherish this evolving time. Throughout these years you visit many places for sports practices, events, family outings, and so much more, but the most valuable place to be is this glimmer in time. A session with Traci Lynn Photography will freeze the moment and capture all worth remembering, whether it's the pre-teens, sweet sixteen, Senior graduating year, or just because, a session will help tell your story in this current chapter of life. Plan your youth or graduate session today, I look forward to personalizing it to reflect and showcase all of their personality.

FAQ

Are there additional fees for senior sessions?

The only additional fee to your $299 session fee will be for travel, parking, or entry fees if you go to a location that requires it. Otherwise, the session fee is $299 which includes 5 digitals, your session time, proofing gallery, and editing for final ordering. Your ordering gallery will be compiled of all your favorites from the session, and from there you can order your finished portraits!

Do you offer graduation announcements?

Yes! During your ordering process, you can order graduation announcement cards with complimentary envelopes. I can help you design them and order them at your ordering appointment or through your online ordering gallery.

FAQ

Can we choose the location for our Session?

Absolutely! I believe that your session should be custom to your style, and aesthetic, to help tell your story! Whether it's at your home, family's land, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to your family. If you'd like traditional or minimalistic, the studio is always available for headshots and portraits with simpler backdrops.

How long does a typical photo session last?

Typically the session will take up to an hour, sometimes if we are on location that might expand a little bit. I love shooting during golden hour so we may focus around that time, with outdoor sessions we depend on the sun, but I do have lighting if needed. In the studio, the session should take up to an hour or less!

FAQ

How long does it take to receive the final portraits?

I completely understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Your proofs should be available 1-2 weeks after your session date, then you'll select your favorites from those for ordering. Depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required, the whole process should take 2-3 weeks. Your physical orders (announcements, wall art, gift prints) can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the production.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and try to be as flexible as possible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
